The 2nd annual contest to find the Fighting4us "Fighter of the Year" is now accepting applications. $1,000 will be awarded to the applicant selected by members of the board of directors.

Fighting4us founder Andrea Gianopoulos began this award to help someone with RSD "have a better day".The only parameter for an applicant is to sufffer from RSD/CRPS. To nominate yourself or someone else please fill out and submit the form below.
