Nominate A Fighter of the Year

Application Deadline:

Fighting 4 Us is now accepting applications for the 4th annual Fighter of the Year Awards. $1000.00 will be awarded to the Fighter of the Year with two $500.00 runner up awards.

Education was very important to Andrea, and she understood the struggle of attending school while fighting RSD. A $1,000 memorial scholarship has been created in her name. The only parameter for an applicant is to suffer from RSD/CRPS. To nominate yourself or someone else please fill out and submit the form below.
